Dear Dr. Bob and Staff,
I would like to thank you for all your help. Just 5 months
ago I was hardly able to drive to your office for my first
visit. I had been in pain for at least 3 years. My MRI
revealed that I had herniated discs in my lower back.
I was given prescriptions that I just couldn't take. I
didn't want to live on medication and I definitely couldn't
go on the way I was. One day we heard a commercial for
Vax-D on the radio. So we started research it.
As I started to research, my back was getting worse.
I kept thinking I'm only 45 years old, what's going to
happen to me when I'm older. So I made a call to your
office. After speaking to Maureen I felt that your office
just might be the place to help me.
I'm sure you remember me practically crawling into your
office. I couldn't even sit in the car for more than 15
minutes without being in pain. Simple things such as putting
shoes on was impossible. Well I just want to thank you.
Now five months later and I'm feeling really good. Yes
it was a commitment for me, 6 days a week in your office
for 5 weeks. Now I come in 3 times a week for physical
therapy and heat treatments. The reward is being able
to take a drive to visit my daughter who lives 2 hours
away and be able to walk when I get there.
Thank you for being so sympathetic to my pain and giving
me the treatment that has given me the ability to lead
a normal life. The Vax-D has helped me get back in the
world.
Thank you for all your help.

Dear Dr. Mills and Dr. Hoffman:
I just want to thank you guys for taking care of me.
I was in bad shape when I met with you in April. The Fire
Department had already approved me for back surgery and
I was actively searching for a surgeon, not that I wanted
to go under the knife. I had plenty of reservations about
surgery and the results. I really had to think about what
might happen if I could not fully recover from surgery
and would be forced to leave my job as a full duty firefighter.
I love doing the job and was very concerned at the thought
of my career as a full duty firefighter coming an end.
From the first day I entered the office and talked to
Dr. Mills, I felt better. The casual approach made it
easy to talk to you guys. Dr. Mills let me try the table
after examining my MRI report, even after I explained
that I had not approached the FDNY Medical Office for
authorization for the treatment. When I did consult the
doctors at the Medical Office, they had no idea what Vax-D
was. I had to prove my case to them that Vax-D was worth
trying before surgery. It took a little doing to get then
to approve it, but they eventually did. I was approved
for the treatment, but not the rehabilitation that was
to follow. The FDNY Medical Staff's function is to get
you back to work, not to help you get well. Against my
better judgment and yours, the Fire Department put me
full duty on June 5th. Unfortunately, I don't make nearly
enough money from the Fire Department to pay my mortgage,
pay my bills, take care of my wife and son who was born
in August, so I had to go right back to my second job,
which was concrete work. I was very careful and did everything
you told me to do and as of the writing of this letter,
have been PAIN FREE. I think it is amazing that the Vax-D
treatment is virtually unknown to anyone I speak to. I
have become a very vocal advocate of Vax-D to everyone
I hear that has back pain. I have your brochure in the
kitchen of the firehouse and I make sure people know there
might be an option to surgery.
I'm sorry it took so long to write this letter, but I
have been working two jobs and helping raise my son and
loving every minute of it and I have Vax-D and you guys
to thank for that!!!
Sincerely,
Steven Kelly
